The Healthiest/ Tastiest Pancakes I’ve Ever Met

Here is a great recipe for a weekend morning breakfast.

Serves 4 people

1 cup almond meal or peanut flour

3/4 unsweetened plain almond milk

1 egg

1/2 raw chopped nuts (I like to use Pecans or walnuts)

1/4 cup- 1/2 cup of unsweetened apple sauce

1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

Dash or 2 of cinnamon

Mix dry ingredients together

Mix wet ingredients together

Then mix everything together.

Top with a little bit of yogurt and a dab of honey or go for the unbeatable yogurt and berries combo. How about that for a power sunday morning breakfast! BAMM
