October has consistently been a hectic month for me the past couple of years. Between midterms, work and social life, this time of year tends to catch me off-guard. So, this year I am setting some lifestyle goals that will be followed up by new-years goals in January. Health-Bender November is about you! Start by recognizing a few habits/cravings that you think you could exercise more self-control over. It takes realistic yet challenging goals to make changes. Goals also need to have a time requirement (aka 1 day, 1 month or 1 year.)
Take this time to refocus, be a little selfish and take care of yourself.
